Enrollment Process
There are several forms that make up the In-Home Childcare enrollment packet. These forms must be completed and, in my possession, before we can assume the responsibility of caring for our child. This is to ensure that your child will get the best care possible and satisfies the record keeping requirement of the state licensing guidelines. All forms will be reviewed annually (yearly). If there are any changes to any of the forms in the enrollment packet, please notify me so I can keep the records up to date. Forms will be reviewed annually (yearly) so they can be kept up to date.
